I was admitted under the care of Dr. Swaroop Chandra Sudanagunta with complications of atrophic non-union of the right humerus and post-traumatic stiffness of the right little finger. Around 10 months ago, I had undergone ORIF surgery in Vijayawada, but unfortunately, it was unsuccessful and I did not receive proper care at that time. Since then, I continued to suffer from pain, deformity, and finger stiffness, which affected my daily life. Dr. Swaroop carefully reviewed my history, evaluated my condition thoroughly, and explained the treatment plan clearly, which gave me the confidence to proceed.

On 12/08/2025, I underwent bone grafting (iliac crest), implant removal, redo ORIF of the humerus shaft, and radial nerve decompression. The very next day, on 13/08/2025, I had a PIP joint adhesiolysis, contracture release, and capsular repair of the right little finger. Both surgeries were successfully performed by Dr. Swaroop, and thankfully my recovery in the hospital was smooth and uneventful.

During my stay, Dr. Swaroop and his team monitored me closely, ensured proper pain management, and provided comprehensive post-operative care including antibiotics, analgesics, fluids, and other supportive treatment. I experienced a noticeable reduction in pain and improvement in arm and finger mobility after the surgeries.

I am highly satisfied with the treatment and care I received from Dr. Swaroop Chandra Sudanagunta. His surgical expertise, patient-friendly approach, and dedicated follow-up made a huge difference, especially when compared to my previous unsuccessful surgery in Vijayawada where I had not received the right care. I am now being discharged in a stable condition with proper advice for rehabilitation and follow-up.

The medical case was very complex given that on top of the mentioned problem, my father also suffered from other risk factors. Dr Prasad Neelam is a brilliant laparoscopic surgeon as well as a very good human being. He is very much well behaved and patiently handles all the queries. My 11 year old daughter had undergone laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery on 12.01.24 at Sravani Superspecialty Hospital under supervision of Dr Prasad Neelam.Initially we were a bit worried due to the age of our daughter but Dr Prasad gave us confidence and told not to worry. The operation was smooth enough and also the anesthesia part was perfect. After the operation he talked with us and told about the state of the patient. My daughter was able to walk within 4 to 5 hours of OT with minimum discomfort. Next day my daughter was discharged and Dr Prasad visited twice in between to review her health condition. Now she is absolutely fine. We are very much thankful to Dr Prasad Neelam to perform the job so carefully and efficiently.
