I had taken my wife for consultation with dr.govind ,we reached at hospital at 11 am in the morning by taking prior appointment at 11.30 a.m .After waiting for 1 hour 30 minutes we were called into his cabin and after entering cabin doctor said hi and he got a call and he made us wait in front of him by answering the call about 5 minutes ,I interrupted him and asked whether we can wait outside he then cancelled the call and asked us the problem .I then explained that my wife is getting burning sensation for 5 minutes after eating some spicy food.He advised us to go for endoscopy , blood test.we waiting again for endoscopy and finally got confirmed like since water has been consumed we need to wait for 4 hours more after waiting for 4 hours examination done *** * ****** *** *** **** **** ***** ** ** ***** ******** *now again after receiving reports we were informed to wait until 6p.m to get reports examine .doctor examined reports by 6.30 and said we need to take x Ray which again had taken 30 minutes and finally he said my wife had no problem and prescribed antibiotics tablets cipa . *** ***** ***** lot of money and time for wasted today😔😒in my opinion i am not satisfied with the service that I never got before

I went with a complaint of rashes around the anus. I feared of piles so wanted to get it checked. Dr Govind did not give me more than a minute or so, he did not want to listen to my concerns or questions. The moment he heard of skin infection around anus he started writing the prescription and prescribed blood tests and sigmoidoscopy etc. I was very very surprised and tried to explain to him that all I wanted was to check if it was piles. I requested him a visual inspection but he refused. I informed him that I had sentinel piles earlier once, and that I used tissue paper and wipes that could cause rashes. I wanted to ask him more questions but he did not allow. He himself did not ask me of any more symptoms ( such as pain, stool problems etc. * *** ********* ***** *** ************** ** *** ************* but he quickly handed over the file to his assistant. He refused to answer any further question until tests are done. The assistant Anjali rushed me to billing and made me pay amounts for diagnostics before I could make up my mind and utter any protest or complaint. But the same evening I complained to Pace Hospital staff and refused to undergo the tests. I asked for refund of consultation and diagnostics fee but they agreed to refund the diagnostics amount. However they have not made the refund to me yet and make promises but evades when it comes to handing over the cheque.

Identifying the exact problem in a short time. Doctor has friendly approach and accessible to talk when ever it is emergency. Availability of doctor on call gives more positive vibes to the patient and this is really appreciated.

She prescribe limited medicines as per the patient conditions. Not prescribing unnecessary medicines or test. *** ** ****** *** ** *** **** ******* *** *** **** **** ********* She actually explains each and every bit of what has happened to a patient and how one can quickly cure the same.

I will highly recommend this doctor for all neurology problems.

Truly amazing doctor. He was very patient and clearly explained the diagnosis to us . The doctor ho you knee ultrasound and X-ray quickly. A part of my knee cap was fractured and that scared me. The doctor took the time to calm me down and Very patiently explained the diagnosis and treatment. For my treatment I needed a knee brace and the doctor got multiple knee braces to demonstrate it and to make sure I got the right one. He even stayed beyond his shift time. Truly amazing doctor and human being !! This isn’t the first time I’ve gone to him for consultation. Earlier too I had gone to the doctor and he had treated us very well.

I have known Dr. Anand Agroya for nearly 4 to 5 years now, and he has been our go-to consultant for any orthopedic issues within our family.

Recently, I sought his expertise for my neck and upper back pain. Dr. Anand quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem, recommending a combination of physiotherapy and specific exercises. Came into pace hospital with my brother getting shooting pain, made us wait for an hour after paperwork to give basic pain relief medication. Made us wait the entire day for consultation. Surgery was scheduled next day morning after a lot of back and forth. Middle of the night the hospital insurance department called us to reception to tell us that inspite of us submitting all paper work by afternoon they had forgotten to submit it so we would have to pay from our own pocket. After us refusing and discussing amongst us that we need to shift hospitals, they conceeded. Hospital room was Filthy.

Stent removal again though appointment was 10 am in the morning for surgery and we came in at 8 am to finish paperwork, we were told to wait till 3 pm. During stent removal my brother who was the patient was not given anesthesia and the procedure began, only when he screamed in pain was he given anesthesia.

I'm very glad to share the review about Pace & Dr Phani sir initially I faced minor issues with staff but when phani sir look into the issues personally everything settled itself and he helped in treatment, very kind hearted & friendly, the way his narration helped me in knowing the situation of my health, phani sir is a positive emotion to me he every time use to motivated me to gain the potential feature to recover, in this procedure I loved his service not only for me to other patients also. I thank each and every one who involved in my diagnosis, treatment & surgery. Thank you....!

He is been treating my parents for 8 years. He is so friendly. He cares and listen patient problems like a brother in our family. He never cares where you buy medicine and takes the lab tests. He treated my father for viral infections and my mothers high BP . He prescribes tablets which you can use for long tune and does not harm at all.. And he suggested diet also which is we need to appreciate. He always available in what's up to ask query while treatment is going on. I liked Not only his treatment and as person also. Once you visit dr somanth sir, you will be fan of him for his care.

Very recently I was diagnosed with Dengue and visited pace hospital. After 15mins of waiting doctor Sudhakar arrived. I explained him about the health issues I was facing. He listens to everything very carefully and explained me in detail about the cause. He is very caring and pays utmost concern on our comfort. He also answered the call after I got discharged and provided solution. I strongly recommend Dr. Sudhakar.
