*** **** ******* ** **** *** ****** ** ****** I have been to numerous ENT clinics in past as I have frequent ear infections and in all those places the ear endoscopy is part of consultation. The equipment will be in doctors room and he/she inserts in your ear and shows you on the screen on what the issue is.
But here they charge Rs1600/- for this claiming it as a separate test.

Absolutely no value for what we pay.. JUST AVOID

I visited Dr. Sriprakash Vinnakota for high pitch voice treatment. I had been going through voice therapy for the last 5 years but couldn't find any improvement. Dr. Sriprakash quickly diagnosed the problem and suggested and carried out Type 3 thyroplasty for voice pitch reduction. The surgery was done with great precision, and the post-operative care was also excellent. The hospital team was very helpful during the entire process. I would recommend Dr. Sriprakash for any ENT-related problems as well as especially for similar voice-related treatments.

We have booked Drs appointment thru practo looking at his credentials and experience. However after visiting the clinic we were forced to visit other Jr Dr to which we have to strongly say no.
We had to wait for an hr to see the Dr with whom we have booked the appointment and during the consultation his behaviour was very cold and unpleasant as if he was doing us a favour/free consultation.
Dr prescribed few tests and when we went back to show the reports reception staff sent us to the jr dr again. [we went to the hospital only after their staff confirmed Dr is available].
Overall had a very bad experience and the hospital is not at all professional
P.S: You will be asked to remove your footwear while entering any of the rooms which we were not comfortable with.

This doctor DOES NOT listen. He is sitting with an array of test which by the way he will suggest to be done from his own hospital, then and there. Despite doing majority of tests, he will say nothing about the test reports, not give any info and ask the next set of tests to be done(from his hospital ofcourse) the next day. Have never really come across such medical professionals ever in my life before. * ***** *** ********** ** *** ***** **** **** ** *** ** ****** *** ** *** ** ****** ********* Do not recommend him at all.

Firstly to get DR appointment you have to spend few hours waiting to see doctor. In my case I have to postpone the appointment after 3 days as the doctor was not available on the day I took the appointment through Practo.
I had consultation with this DR for my common nose problem. They have not event done any preliminary examination but have written to take lots of tests worth 20K. *** *** * ***** ** **** *** ** ** ********* ** *** ** ** ** *** **** ** ******* *** ******* *** ***** ******* **** *** ** **** * ***** *** **** ***** Stay away from this doctor if your feel you have a small issue.

Dr.chinny sree madam has no courtesy towards the patients.she doesnt listen to their issues, *** ****** ********** she wrote endoscopy test which is 1600 rupees for the pictures of the ear.and the most wonder is the endoscopy process is completed with in 10 seconds *** *** ***** ***** ** ** ** ******* ******* ***** ** *** ** *** ********* **** *** *** *********** ***** *** *** *** **** ********** ***** ** *** ****** *** ** ****** ** ********** ***** ** * ***** ********* *** * *******she doest even listen whats the patients concern is . Dr. Sriprakash was sitting in front of the operation theatre, and when I asked him what exactly would be done during the surgery, he responded saying, “This is not the time to ask; you should have asked in OP.”
But in OP he had only said it was an advanced surgery and that the frontal sinuses needed to be opened. I wanted to reconfirm because I had concerns, and I even informed his team of junior doctors who were there in operation theatre. No one listened.
During the surgery junior doctors ended up opening all other sinuses ****** *** ******* ******** ***** *** *** **** *******. Because of this, there was no improvement, and I started experiencing pain again just 20 days after surgery.
Now the same doctor is saying the frontal sinus “might have closed during healing,* *** **** *** ***** ******* **** **** ****** ** ** *** ***** ******

Will never visit the place again. First they outrightly denied appointment confirmed by Practo. They said they don't follow and only accept walk-ins. After lot of discussions and irritating at each they confirmed appointment after 20mins of cross examining.Patient was examined remotely without touching. Highly dissatisfied.
