Dr. SUSHMITHA madam who is a well experienced (28 years) ENT surgeon did my surgery. She is very caring and responsible about her patients. She is really an amazing doctor👌👌. The way she receives and treats you is wonderful. If anyone asks me about rating.... I will give 10/10 to her. I will recommend her to those who are having ENT related issues. 👍
Last but not least.... The supporting staff, nursing department, house keeping etc.... Everything is good.

I've had a sore throat for like week & half and I've decided to see a doctor. I waited for around 5 mins and the doctor called for me. The doctor is very friendly, she enquired about my problem & looked into it. She explained that I had a throat infection & gave me a prescription for the required medicine. she also enquired about my medical history. I admire her concern for her patients & professionalism. 10/10 recommended.

i visited Aster prime hospital for hearing loss of my chaild 7 yrs old ********* ** **** *********** *** ********** ** *** ** **** ***** ******* she told me if surgery will not happen immediately your kid both ears will goneshe did adinoids surgery she did not do anything to ears and she said I cleaned both the ears ad removed water backside of the drum of both the ears, *** ******* *** ***** ***** ** ****** *** *** ********still my chaild can't breathe properly can't hearcompletely ************** ***********

Admission process:
- The front desk office co-ordinator or the receptionist will assist the patient or the caregiver during the admission process.
- If visiting the hospital for the first time, the patient needs to finish a one-time registration.
- The admission registration form will be given to the patient and it has to be completely filled.
- The hospital will generate a unique ID and will be issued to the patient.
- All the medical records will be maintained under the provided unique ID in the hospital for any future references.
- At the time of admission, the patient needs to bring a photo ID proof and insurance card or any other insurance documents if necessary.
Discharge Process:
- The doctor will prepare a discharge summary based on the examination of the patient and then the final discharge plan is made.
- The medication to be taken home will be reviewed by the doctor.
- The discharge process will be assisted by a nurse which may take 1-2 hours.
- The financial arrangement made by the patient to settle the bill will be reviewed and finalized. (Note: Cheques are not accepted)
