Wisdom teeth, also known as third molars, typically start to emerge between the ages of 17 and 25. The process of wisdom teeth eruption can vary greatly from person to person. Some people may experience no discomfort or pain, while others may have a more challenging experience due to factors such as the angle of eruption, available space, and existing dental conditions. Pain, swelling, and discomfort during the eruption of wisdom teeth are not uncommon. Here are a few reasons why you might be experiencing these symptoms: Impaction: Wisdom teeth can become impacted if they don't have enough space to come in properly. Impacted wisdom teeth can cause pain, swelling, and even infection. Inflammation: The eruption process can cause inflammation of the surrounding gum tissue, leading to pain and swelling. Pressure on Nearby Nerves: The proximity of wisdom teeth to facial nerves and sinus cavities can lead to referred pain and discomfort in the ears, head, and other areas. Infection: When wisdom teeth partially emerge or are impacted, they can create pockets where food and bacteria can get trapped, leading to infection and inflammation. Changes in Facial Structure: Eruption of wisdom teeth can sometimes cause minor changes in the alignment of other teeth or the shape of the jaw. Given the duration and severity of your symptoms, it's important to consult a dental professional. An oral surgeon or dentist can examine your teeth, take X-rays, and assess the condition of your wisdom teeth. They will be able to determine whether your wisdom teeth need to be extracted, if there's an infection present, or if there are other factors contributing to your symptoms. If your wisdom teeth are causing significant pain, swelling, or discomfort, seeking professional dental care is crucial. They can recommend appropriate treatment options, such as extraction, to alleviate your symptoms and prevent potential complications.

If the trouble is being Caused by the wisdom teeth its better to have them extracted then. Wisdom teeth usually give trouble to some while their eruption. However, as these teeth are not of much use in chewing and generally difficult to clean due to less accessibility, once they start to trouble its better to have them extracted.
Next Steps
Get an X ray of the affected area.
Health Tips

Though the eruption of wisdom tooth is quite painful for some, but it is generally not that painful as described by your symptoms. It is better to get an OPG( full mouth XRAY) done for you to know the position of the wisdom teeth and whether there is any space available for them to erupt or not. Insufficient space leads to pain which radiates to the head and neck region and also pressure on the adjacent teeth. Treatment for this depends on the position of the impacted wisdom tooth, which is generally a surgical procedure of removal. The gum around the tooth can also be inflammed sometimes leading to pain, which can be treated by a deep scaling and the use of appropriate antibiotics and pain killers and warm saline water rinses.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist physically and get deep cleaning around that area done and an OPG.

Please visit a local dentist for physical evaluation, x ray and treatment (as required). If you are having recurrent problem, then better go for Digital OPG x ray first and if removal/extraction is required, then go for extraction of wisdom tooth.
Next Steps
Visit a local dentist for physical evaluation, x ray and treatment. For symptomatic relief,  take medication (on advice of local dentist/doctor)
