Hi Thank you for your query, we will be happy to help you. You need to balanced diet. Include all food groups in your diet. Have at least 4 to 5 servings of fresh fruits and veggies daily. Hi To be healthy you should eat a balanced diet. Balanced diet is a diet that include all the food groups like carbohydrates, protein, fat, Vitamins  and minerals. You need to take balance diet and do regular brisk walk or yoga for 30 min. Completely stop junj food. Eat home made food only. Take direct online consultation for customized diet plan and i need more information for guiding you.

Increased protein and carbohydrates in your diet & fat products like milk and it’s products, cottage cheese, paneer, quiona, oats , bajra , soyabean, etc. Add sweet after having lunch and dinner, protein rich shakes etc.
