I think 12km per day run is too much, may be u will tired and feel non energetic, dull lazy. And biscuit s bread are not healthy options. Can start sprouts, soaked chana, rosted chana, mix seeds such as flaxseed, vegetable salad...for weight loss so many snacks available, but before starting anything check ur suitable healthy individual snacks options with your dietician /Nutritionist.
Biscuits are not a healthy option if you are looking for weight loss. Instead you can go for home made healthy snacks or roasted Chana/nuts . Whole wheat bread can be taken but not on a regular basis.

Hello,
No biscuit is as such healthy. Brown bread is not good option for post workout meal. You should take some carb and protein combination meal post workout. Excercise is good to do but should take care that it's not too much for your body. Excessive excercise can lead to physical stress on the body and instead of reducing weight it can lead to weight gain. For weight reduction following a good diet and performing exercise is not enough. There 2 more very important factors which affects your weight loss process and needs to be taken care of, to plan your Weight Loss journey kindly connect on call for discussion with below information -

Healthy morning sir,
Biscuits are not necessarily healthy as they contain a lot of saturated fat due to a large amount of butter used making biscuits. The amount of saturated fat in typically- size biscuit usually composed 30-50 % of the recommended daily value of saturated fat.
Here are some nutritious options to keep stacked at home:
1.Bhel ( homemade)
2. Roasted mixed seeds
3. Makhanas
4. Nuts
5. Home made ladoo
6.Buttermilk
7.All types herbal teas
8.ghee coffee
9.Mixed dry fruits
Health Tips
Snacking in the right way can decrease hunger pangs and can also avoid poor food choices and excess intake of empty calories.
If you run 12km
You should be focusing on eating protein snacks and breakfast and meals.
Biscuits are not something meant for you. Need not at all.
Focus on having home cooked snacks with protein like paneer, eggs, sprouts etc
The ingredients in biscuits do not actually support weight loss unless they claim to contain healthy ingredients, so avoid them
Post workout snack should mostly be a combination of high protein predominantly with some amount of carbohydrates which we usually customize as per your workout activities
