Yaa I can understand your concern according to your requirements you should keep changing your excercises alternative days and follow a balanced diet with some intermittent fasting dmfoe better results I can suggest some detox drinks which can help you cut down sweet beverages form your diet and as you are a working professional try to eat two home cooked meals dinner should be early and further more at this age you can even take some calcium supplements and for thyroid issues I would suggest you to have coriander seed water almost daily .... Both are good for weight loss 70% diet &30% exercise are helpful. Do’s- use skimmed/ single tonned milk(300) ml daily Curd and paneer made up from the single tonned milk also You can use olive oil , sunflower, saffola, mustard oil in cooking etc. Can take artificial sweeteners ( maximum 4 tablets a day) Don’t- avoid sugar completely and it’s products Avoid rooty vegetables like potato , zimikand , sweet potato etc. Avoid tinned , processed, preserved, canned food Avoid pickles and papad etc Avoid sour products ( vinegar, tamarind, amla) etc

Hi, Here are a few tips that will help you:- Exercise 40-45 minutes 4-5 times a week. Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours Eat protein rich diet (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) and improve metabolism. Eat proper breakfast, as 40% of day's energy comes from breakfast. Include healthy fat in your diet like nuts - almonds and walnuts, seeds like pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower seeds, etc. Eat fiber rich diet, it will help to gain early satiety and help you feel full - include fruits and vegetables in your diet avoid junk food, oily food, processed or canned foods.
