What should be normal weighroutine diet.
What should be normal routine diet for weight loss since each dietician suggests different diet charts.Diet chart for a person differs acc to one's BMI.I weigh 97 kgs post 2 cesaerian deliveries & spinal cord surgery(2019). Since then I couldnt loose weight due to lack of knowledge f hight protein & carbs ,fibre rich food.Kindly suggest particular recipies to have on daily basis easy to follow for an office going (Banker) person.I am a vegetarian who prefers eating everything.I want to loose weight along with enjoying every food item in limited & required quantity.
