Hi user,
After blood donation u need to have instant energy. So immediately have fresh fruit juice. It can be a mix of pomegranate, keenu and beetroot and lemon.
Actually it wl replenish ur body with lost fluid and sugar, iron and nutrients. Later little rest with normal protein rich diet wl help u in regaining the necessary strength.
Take fruit/ vegetable juice 2-3 times in a day. Coconut water is also healthy. You can also add jaggery sweet to increase the glucose level in your body.
How many units you have donated, what was your hemoglobin level and do you have any health related issues.
Take gur chikki til laddu beetroot carrot raisins etc rest I can tell after knowing what exactly you are eating.

Greetings from Dietitian Souvik Chakraborty,
I can understand your concern about healthy diet, for getting excellent results in diet plan, you need to follow some golden rule of healthy diet, like taking meal in regular intervals, taking water in interval, doing exercises in fixed pattern & post /pre exercise home made food must be added, which is lacking in your present diet, and sleep patterns or duration have huge effect on long term results. If you want to modify your diet on irreversible manner, you need to follow some diet protocol, & you will enjoy doing this & love to follow the same.
I will love to help you for the same, you can directly contact me for understanding your detailed requirement.
Thanks & regards,
Dietitian Souvik Chakraborty
