Feeling extreme weakness and joint pain
Hello Doctors, I need suggestion here. What to do what not to do. After having meal in lunch, I am feeling extreme weakness and joint pain. Body stiffness and little bit headache. It is taking 4-5 hours to recover. I am afraid of having lunch now. What to do ? Sugar level is normal pre and post lunch. But it was check long before. Please help me here.

Hi dear First we have to rule out the reason behind weakness . It could be low hb, low vitamin D or calcium, gut issues , overthinking, stress or sitting in a place post lunch . We have to thoroughly analyse the root cause and then only we can come to a conclusion. Food is definitely not the issue else you would have felt the same issues in breakfast and dinner
