Your serum calcium is very low so take supplements for that. And do a neck scan for thyroid. You can repeat tests after few days, it may be technical error because according to test results your symptoms should be so severe.
Next Steps
Do take Vit D capsule 60k strength once in a week for 8-10 weeks. Add green leafy vegetables as adjunct. Do neck scan for thyroid levels.

Hi., I can understand your concern. Reports suggesting hypothyroidism. If you're having any symptoms like weight gain, hairfall we need to plan for meds. Otherwise no meds until next reports. For low calcium, take tab shelcal at night after food for one month. Uric acid is mildly low ., Make sure you're having balanced diet.
Next Steps
plan for regular exercise and walking avoid oily processed foods

Your lab results show you have low vitamin d level and calcium and increased uric acid level For vitamin d deficiency use D raise 60000 iu sachets once a week for at least 12 weeks Take calcium 600 mg twice daily Increase water intake for the increase in uric acid Exposure to sunlight for 30 minutes a day Dairy milk products fish eggs are very good sources of vitamin d and calcium. For the increase in the TSH ,no medications are required at this stage
Next Steps
During the follow up test after 12 weeks of treatment, repeat the vitamin d and calcium levels,do PTH, as well thyroid function tests
