Looks like you have a periapical pathosis on the right side related to this particular teeth. (Pus) . I will advise you to go for antibiotic treatment first followed by X Ray of the particular teeth to check the extent of decay. Then we can decide whether to go for RCT or extraction. I want to know whether you have any allergies to any medicine. Are you suffering from any medical problems. Are you taking medication for any long term problems.
Next Steps
Any painkiller medicine you have in the house. You can take it at a interval of 6-7 hours immediately after food.

There seems to be infection in this area. Ideally you should visit a dentist immediately. But due to the lock down, this won't be possible right now. Since you pain has already subsided, start with warm saline rinses--meaning rinsing with some salt added in lukewarm water. You will need to do this 3 to 4 times a day. The swelling should lessen.

Hi. It is sad that to know you had a broken tooth for 3 long years and dint think of consulting a dentist earlier. You will only get temporary relief with medicines. See a dentist asap as effect of medicine will last only for few hours. Medicine is for temporary relief and certainly not the treatment for your problem.
Next Steps
for now you can start with warm salt water rinses and switch to tab enzoflam twice daily after meals if no allergy to medicines. for further queries revert on personal chat
Health Tips
avoid heat application on effected side

Hi. Thank you for contacting. Based on the picture you have provided along with your symptoms. It appears like you have “ Pulpal necrosis with apical periodontitis” which is the inflammation of the pulp(nerve) of the tooth and supporting structures around the tip of the root. An x-ray will be useful to assess the severity of the condition. Usually such conditions can be treated by “root canal treatment “. some extensive condition may require removal of the tooth. Please feel free to ask any further questions if you have.
Next Steps
Once you are able to visit a dentist , please do so.
Health Tips
Antibiotics may be helpful if the swelling is significant. Salt water gargling will be helpful. Avoid bitting on the affected tooth for a while
