Testicular Pain radiating to the thigh could be related to infection or ureteric stones. It is unlikely related to testicular Cancer.Ideally you should get a ultrasound scan of the abdomen and scrotum,a urine analysis, consult with a urologist in your area.

Your symptoms are unlikely to be testicular cancer, as it usually presents as a painless lump rather than pain radiating to the thigh and leg.
Next Steps
Consult a urologist for a proper evaluation. Get a scrotal ultrasound to rule out any serious issues. Urine test & Doppler scan (if infection or blood flow issues are suspected). Avoid prolonged sitting & tight underwear (can worsen nerve-related pain).
Health Tips
Your symptoms are not an emergency, but don’t ignore them. Get checked to ease your worry and get proper treatment.

Please consult a General Surgeon in your area for a physical examination and further management. You should not rely on a diagnosis of cancer obtained from a Doctor who has never seen you.
