Pain referred to the testis is caused by ureteric calculi or oxalate crystals commonly addressed as ureteric colic. This is an episodic pain which escalates and then de-escalates. At times uti may also lead to such symptoms. Drink adequate water 4-6glass per day Coconut water or cranberry juice may help Avoid caffeine and carbonated beverages. Avoid high oxalate containing food. Get a urine analysis done.
