Over weight
Iam over weight according to my height.i dont eat hygienic food generally i eat home made and when iam out for work i eat salads.i go to gym daily when iam in mumbai.i stay out of mumbai 15 days a month in this 15 days my weight increases again. i need a solution for this.

Follow healthy diet for reducing wt. Early morning and evening do exercise. Take high fiber food in ur diet  Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food.

You can keep your weight under control by following a strict diet plan.During your days outside Mumbai,if you cannot exercise, atleast you can keep a control over your diet. Take small meals at frequent intervals. Take 6-8 hours of sleep on daily basis. Take protein and fibre rich foods and avoid junk, processed and fried foods.

1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty  . 4.
