For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : Maintain meal gaps of not more than 3hrs. To boost up your metabolism and helps in weight loss. Include barley tea and dandelion tea in your diet. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet. Walk at least 10-12k steps in a day. Drink 3-4lts of water per day.

Hi Include protein in all 3 meals. Eat more of salads like cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, broccoli, cabbage. No matter how much salads and vegetables you eat you will not gain weight.

Hi.. I can totally understand your concern, but you must remember that there is no one particular food that can help with weight loss and there is no "one size fits all" approach. There are many factors like the number of calories you take in, your physical activity, sleep, hydration, etc., that plays a major role in weight loss. To keep you full for a longer time you can include more vegetables and protein in each meal. To get a personalized weight loss diet plan, you can get in touch with us.

If you feel hungry, that means you have good metabolism...you can split your main meals into 2 if it's convenient for you.
