Hi I am bhavana 22yrs old. I am working in night shift from past 2yrs and i have gain weight and become fat. Kindly help me out reduce my weight.

Hi try to manage sum exercise  at day time n including  more of green vegetables n fruits. Follow a proper  diet plan

Hi To lose your your body fat you need to focus on increasing BMR , for that try to take small and healthy meals and at least walk around 10k steps .no need to worry just because your night shift you are facing this issue it will get settle if you change your lifestyle little bit .

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat.

Hello, Gaining weight continuously can be due to a lot of reasons. Suggestion is to get checked for any underlying medical condition. -Exercise daily for an hour (Can be at home or simple exercises like running, jogging, brisk walking, on the spot marching, squats, etc) -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diet (Will help you stay full) -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Take 5-6 meals a day. -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast -Add warm milk at night with a pinch of turmeric ad pepper power, it will help with sleep problems NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition

Hello See becoz of siting for long hours you gain weight And for weight loss you have to follow balance diet with exercise Then only you can loose weight in healthy manner I need your full history to guide but u did not provide any history like diet recall, diatary habits etc.
