For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food.

according to your height ,your weight should be 62 to 65 kg, but its around 12 kg extra weight than your ideal weight.1st thing you can consult with dietitian, 2nd) stop your sweet intakes,3rd is go for at least morning walk (45min.) 4th is try to eat mote vegetables and fruits, more liquids, and reduce 60% carbohydrates and fat,oils from your regular food intake...it will work. but before starting this plz cunsult your dietitian and go through some physical test such as thyroid, bp, liver function,diabetes test, bcz this is also one of the reason of overweight.

Gud to know you have realised sweet craving needs to be controlled.Decreasing the amount of sweet,fried and processed food in your diet will definitely give you results in weight loss. Eat more of fibre rich ,raw fruits and vegetables.Exercising on a daily basis for atleast 30-45 mins will help increase your stamina n also lose weight.

Hello, Gaining weight continuously can be due to a lot of reasons. Suggestion is to get checked for any underlying medical condition. -Exercise daily for an hour (Can be at home or simple exercises like running, jogging, brisk walking, on the spot marching, squats, etc) -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diet (Will help you stay full) -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Take 5-6 meals a day. -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast -Add warm milk at night with a pinch of turmeric ad pepper power, it will help with sleep problems NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition
