Identify and address the risk factors contributing to the muscle pain like mouse use, mobile, doing untrained domestic activities in lockdown, playing cards or anything that keeps your shoulder far and away for longer duration. Physiotherapy is useful to relieve pain but addressing risk factors helps self manage.
