Does lower back muscle pain can lead to yellow color urine?I m suffering from back muscle strain and sometime urine become coloured.

About back pain please place a pillow under your both knees while sleeping it will ease out the pain.

Also

Change in urine colour may be due to intake of any sort of medicine or lack of fluid intake.It's not related with back pain.
