Scalene muscle trigger points
I was having problem of muscle pain in trapezius and all the way to hand , taken 10 physiotherapy session from 2 different physiotherapist , didn't got any relief , they were keep on telling me you have golfer elbow or tennis elbow or some other reason, Though i told them i use to sit for long hours and with wrong sitting posture, they have told me to correct posture, but after dry needling and cupping and radiotherapy... Nothing improved asked me for vitamin profile ... No vitamin deficiency i have , then i read alote and come to know real problem ... Origin is scalene muscle and it's radiating pattern shows same exact situation, most of physiotherapist it seem very ignorant about scalene muscle since I found it very common problem around our society these days, If any experienced physiotherapist here can explain the treatment procedure , that would be great , without asking me to consult online . Thank u in advance for helping sir/mam .

Hello, As per your symptoms described, Scalene muscle lies close to the brachial plexus, and any tiniest compromise at the brachial plexus can give you radiating pain to the arm. Another possible reason can be Scalene myofascial pain syndrome, pain in the Scalene muscle itself without any nerve involvement.
Next Steps
Gentle stretches of the muscle, ice pack
Health Tips
Scalene muscle is a deep muscle which cannot be released other than a professional. Self release should be done with all the precautions known.

Online is not a good option in my opinion as the physiotherapist needs to assess you sufficiently. If there is any weakness in the arm, see a neurologist.

Greetings from Rid of Pain Physiotherapy If you are sure about scalene muscle then it is important to know whether it is underworking Or overworking. Most of the time it is overworking and gives radiating pain. So it is important to release the muscle and mobilise the clavicle. Also follow PNF pattern n neurodynamics
