After trying new squat techniques, my thigh muscles are paining. It's difficult to walk too. What to do?

It occurred because your muscles were not habitual of the new techniques of which you tried so it might be the muscle soreness. And also if your form was incorrect then the pain might be occuring due to that.

Do icing twice a day, at first 4-5 days you will get pains, take muscle relaxant to reduce pain do gentle exercises, dont overuse the muscles.

Just do knee bend and stretch by lying on your stomach for 10sec hold × 2 sets

Apply ice can gave you relief from pain , duration of application not more than 15 minutes. Take some muscle relaxation and don't go with heavy exercise, without stretching
