Get your Hb level checked. If Hb levels are lower than normal. Make appropriate changes indiet in consultation with Dietitian. If suggested take iron and folic acid suppement.

Only the vitamin supplements will no help you to get back in your proper health conditions. Plz make sure that your diet is full of nutrition. Portion more or less is ok but nutrition must be proper.
