For loosing weight,Make a healthy lifestyle. 70% diet and 30 % exercise help you in reducing weight . Do’s- use skimmed/ single tonned milk (300)ml daily Use curd and paneer made up from the single tonned milk also Use olive oil,rice bran, mustard, saffola, sunflower oil in cooking Use 5 soaked almonds ,2 walnuts daily Drink 8-10glass of water daily and walk 15-30 minutes is advisable Don’t- avoid sugar and it’s products Avoid roots vegetables like potato, sweet potato, arbhi, zimikand etc. Avoid fried, processed, packaged, canned,tinned food products Avoid pickles and papad Avoid sour products like tamarind , amla ,vinegar

To loose weight and belly fat I ll need your complete body information, medical history. But in general I can suggest you to follow below routine and tips 1.Eat protein rich diet in every meal like lentils legumes green leafy vegetable, Bengal gram cheela, ragi roti etc 2.Ragi contains more calcium than in milk so good source of calcium you can get from ragi. 3. Take apple cider vinegar before half an hour of each meal if your are okay with it as some Pt gets stomach ulcers from its consumption. 4. Exercise regularly 45 min (walk,elliptical , strength training , abdominal exercises )etc 5. In morning before having breakfast mix ginger lemon cinnamon honey turmeric in warm water as a tea. 6. Take cinnamon tea whenever you feel like hungry as it suppress your hunger and aids in weight loss. 7. Eat your dinner max by 8 pm 8. Try to fast for about 12 to 14 hours (start from 8 pm to morning 10 pm) you can have water if you feel thirsty. From above tips you will surely get positive result. 9. Follow circadian rhythm fasting 10. Focus on caloric deficit and cut down your kcal 40% from total required kcal for entire day Regards

Hi, Here are a few tips that will help you:- Exercise 40-45 minutes 4-5 times a week. Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours Eat protein rich diet (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) and improve metabolism. Eat proper breakfast, as 40% of day's energy comes from breakfast. Include healthy fat in your diet like nuts - almonds and walnuts, seeds like pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower seeds, etc. Eat fiber rich diet, it will help to gain early satiety and help you feel full - include fruits and vegetables in your diet avoid junk food, oily food, processed or canned foods.
