Loose skin after weight loss
Dear sir/mam I am presently 22 years old with weight 103kg and waist size:42, with body fat percentage 40, I am planning and working out to get in the range of 75-80kgs, I am worried about my "LOOSE SKIN" that will appear after weight loss/fat loss. Kindly tell how to avoid it. If possible kindly tell me safe duration upto which I should achieve my result (presently targetting 2019 June). Regards

Hello, Reducing Half kg fat per month is ideal. Can be a bit high. Go slow and steady if there will be sudden weight loss, the skin will loosen up. Avoid crash diets or keto diets.

Hi Healthy weight loss in a month is 5 kg. If you loose 1 to 1.5 kg every week then it's a healthy loss and you will not get any deficiency issues later in your body.
