1 hours in zym breakfast taking half bowl fruits with toned milk and honey Lunch boil vegetables with multigrain atta roti 2 salad greentea 2 time evening go for running 3 km again and zyming 1 hours 30 min completing evert day 23000 steps everyday by running zyming brisk walking
Is it ok to run 12 km every day
Now I'm 76 kg according to u what will be it my actual weight acoding to my height
And can running everyday is ok or should I less km in my running
