I want to reduce my weight and tummy fat, Currently my weight is 80 kg. In breakfast I take 3 chappati. In lunch I take some sprouts & 1 glass lassie. In dinner I take only 1 glass of cold milk. I follow this diet from last 2 months and I reduce my weight of 2kg(82 -80) But now I want to reduce around 10-12 kg. So I need some quidence

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat.

For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food.

- add fibre in your diet - avoid sugar , fats, dry fruits -take more salad, vegetables, - water intake 15 to 16 glass - take regular meals or regular intervals - avoid binge eating
