I am obesis and can not lose weight
I am obesis and inspite of my efforts, dieting I am not losing any weight... It just keeps on increaseing... Will any medication help me here because I am doing light exercise and dieting already

Eat homemade healthy food . Nowadays prblm is junk sweets , outside fried food, unhealthy salty snacks and soda drinks stay hydrated . Eat more fruits n vegetables daily .. start making healthy choices n you will get best health n shape as a bonus . Eat well live Nutrigenious.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals .Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Start ur day with exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet, add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet, add plenty of water small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet .

Hello - 1st of all u have to find out  why u r increasing weight after doing all things - consult your gynachologist to check wheather it is pcos/pcod or hypothyroidism etc Bcoz of this it happen - if u will find out reasons   then you can loose ur wt - i need to know your menses are regular or not - need ur diet recall - 1 singal diet cannot achive your goal - need to change every 15 days or 1 week - and then no need to take any medicine to loose wt if we don knw root cause n taking med for wt loss side effects can be occure -u are diabetic so u taking insule  plz mention bcoz of insulin u put weight
