I want to know what healthy things can i have in my breakfast and other two meals of the day. I'm out of options that is why i go for biscuits and cookies which i guess is not good for satisfying appetite.
Normally i take 2 chappties with veggie and curd in lunch and 1 chappati in dinner. Otherwise milk and snacks.
