Diet chart for losing weight
Hi myself Manjushree I weigh around 120kg and my height is 5.3 I'm working in a private sector as customer relationship manager and I'm not having proper food so I'm expecting a diet chart because I'm not in a position to pay for consultation with a doctor or take medication because I'm a single mother with 2kids after my C section I have gained a lot of weight so I request to please provide a diet chart were I can follow and lose my weight.

For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet ,exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet . Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet .
