Hi Firstly a general diet plan won’t help you Secondly we as Nutritionist or Dieticians do not design anything called - “a general diet plan” Because when your need is to loose weight it must be through a healthy sustainable diet which has to be & must be customised as per your need , goal and present health conditions
Next Steps
Hence ideally you must contact a well qualified Nutritionist and invest in yourself in your health because at 18yrs I’m super happy to see our future gen to be so much health conscious but do not repeat the same old mistakes of your last gen of just copy pasting your Frenz diet or Google diet plans
Health Tips
Eating a healthy home cooked meal which contains all the 5 important foods- Grains/cereals, Dal/pulses, Good fat, Colourful fruits & veggies and fermented salads will do the magic in controlled portions, with minimal indulgence in dead & packaged foods that are ready to eat ultra processed foods & avoid bakeries too

Healthy evening A healthy Indian diet focuses on lacto- vegetarian guidelines and emphasises grains, lentils, vegetables, fruits, healthy fats, dairy and spices. Healthy Indian diet focuses on fresh ingredients such as vegetables, fruits, legumes and healthy fat and unsweetened beverages. Avoiding sweetened beverages, fast food and fried items and products high in added sugar can help lose weight and get healthier.
