You have posted this question around midnight. Please keep yourself hydrated (take at least 5-6 glasses of water at night) and consult a General Physician for a BP check up. If it is normal then you can be treated at home. Otherwise you will need hospitalization.
Could be related to the food.Have adequate amount of water including ORS and take enterogermina sachets Twice daily till your symptoms are gone.If diarrhea doesn't stop , consider doing a stool analysis and treat accordingly.
Get a stool test done.(stool culture)
As it is after eating chicken, it can be due to Campylobacteria, Salmonella, E coli or Clostridium perfringens.
Treatment may or may not require antibiotics according to report.
Typically you may or may not need antibiotics in the form of fluroquinolone or Azithromycin.
Till then keep yourself hydrated.
Avoid self medication.
