I have pcos ( unchecked for several years now ) . I have periods mostly regularly and I have a history of diabetes in my family and I have been overweight. What should my healthy diet be ?

if one of the parent is diabetic, there are 50% chances that the children may become diabetic., so, never let your weight increase, stay away from stress, eat meals on time, and refrain yourself from refined sweets and carbonated  soft drinks and sweets.
