Keep monitoring the BP for a few more days.If it remains still higher,a second drug from different antihypertensive class may be added preferably,or increase the dosage of current medicine amlodepine.Diet modification and lifestyle management including physical activity regularly will help you to bring the BP to an optimal level.
My advice is 1) continue amlong 5 in the morning after breakfast .
2) tablet rabiprazole 20 mg..1 tablet once daily before breakfast to continue.
3)stop red meat,, reduce salt intake.
4) regular walking for 1 hr( preferably in the evening).
5) tablet zolfresh 5 mg...1 tablet once daily at bed time for 15 days.
The dose of amlong needs to be adjusted. Another medicine may have to be added.
Please keep a 6 hourly record of your BP for the next 5 days and consult with your Physician.

Based on the details you’ve shared, it seems that your current BP medication (Amlong 5mg) might not be sufficient to control your blood pressure effectively, especially since your readings remain elevated at 145/90 mmHg. Dizziness and sleep disturbances could be linked to suboptimal BP control or side effects of the medication.
Since your blood tests for kidney, liver, thyroid, and CBC are normal, and there’s no blood in your stool, these issues don’t seem to be causing your symptoms. However, given that your blood pressure concerns began just 15 days ago, it might be time to reassess your treatment plan.
Here’s what I would suggest:
1. Monitor your blood pressure twice daily (morning and evening) for at least a week to establish a clearer pattern.
2. Your current dose or type of medication may need adjustment. Another option like a combination therapy or increasing the dose could help stabilize your BP.
3. It's also important to review your lifestyle factors—diet (particularly salt intake), stress levels, and physical activity can have a significant impact on BP control.
4. Considering the persistent symptoms, please schedule a detailed consultation to explore other potential causes and fine-tune your treatment plan.
