Consultation to gain weight
My height being 153cm and weight being 38kg, I am a 16year old SKINNY girl. My haemoglobin is only 8.3. I want to increase my haemoglobin and my weight. Can you suggest what I should do to achieve 10kg in a month?

Hi dear it is not healthy and advisable to gain 10 kg weight I an month. Also it depends on the nature of your body how fast it gains the weight.

have high protein and high caloric foods in diet. dates, jaggery, protein shakes, fruits shakes, moderate amount desi ghee, include potato and rice in your diet regularly, include citrus fruits in diet to absorb more iron, increase green leafy vegetables, beetroot, pomegranate, sprouts etc.

Hello , You can have banana shake in a morning with some homemade protein powder. Have balanced diet. Do physical activity Also you can consult me as well ‪+91 79825 18614‬ Make sure to have good amount of water per day. And for haemoglobin kindly have raisins , spinach etc
