Breakfast should never skip it is main part of meal of whole day. U can take variety of things in breakfast. Change ur breakfast like sandwich /poha /upma /oats /stuffed paratha  never skip.

That is true. You should get into the habit of eating breakfast. Start eating with little quantity of your choicest food, then gradually increase. For nausea you can sometimes take Tab Perinorm at least half an hour before eating something.

Its ok take your time you should have your break fast after getting up  in 1 hour . Whenever you feel to eat ,eat that time. You must be taking your or coffee.. It happens with some people their body doesn't take breakfast. it is mandatory to eat something within an hour of waking up to boost the metabolism. So if you can't take breakfast so with 1 fruit sprinkled some chia seeds or fruit smoothies this will not make you feel nauseatic. Reason for nauseatic possibly can be acidity which you are facing.
