Black spot inside cheek .olp history
Hi i am having black dot inside cheek,i have olp since 1 year .taking treatment but it is cured 90 percent.no buring sensation.i am perfectly normal.non smoker,non drinker wil eat outside food sometimes .same spot appears on left buccal Muccosa but its gone completely within 2 days Pls help Small void opening with a black spot is there.pls igonore blue lines in image its mistakenly drawn

It is just a wound caused due to sharp tooth or cheek bite while chewing. Wait for a week. If it subsides by itself then no issues. If not get your sharp tooth grinded by your dentist

Just a blood clot caused due to any sharp edge of ur corresponding tooth or wd d cheek bite but it can b change to any lesion so u shd take care of d sharp edges or cheek bite always bcz initially every lesion starts from traumatic ulcers...

It seems it’s just a blood clot , appeared from bite or anything you chewed hard , nothing to worry it will disappear by its own .
