Healthy afternoon, If you have a skinny type but find that you carry weight in your belly, the approach to reducing belly fat involves a combination of healthy eating, exercise and consistency. 1. Focus on whole foods Fruits and vegetables Lean protein Whole grains Healthy fats 2. Limit processed foods Cut back sugary snacks, baked goods and processed Meals that contain refined sugars and unhealthy fats 3. Cut back on refined carbs and sugar: Minimise foods like white bread, pastries, and sugary Drinks as they can contribute to belly fat storage 4.
