Increased in Belly Fat
Hi I am 25 years old .My belly fat is increased more as compared to other body parts.It looks weired. I have tried all things gym,diet aerobics,tablets to lose my belly fat but I am not succeeded. Can you help me out to lose my belly fat.In day 24 hrs I think aout that only how would I get flat tummy or at least lose this belly fat?My height is 157.5 cm.weight is 50kg.age 25.Please help me out for this

Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for detailed diet plan.
