Skinny Fat problem
Hi, My weight is 56 kg, and height is 173cm, BMI is near underweight border. I'm very skinny overall, too thin wrists and legs, but have huge belly fat, the fattest part of my belly is 33inch (around navel). I've tracked my daily calorie intake, its around 1800 calories, and since 2-3 weeks I've been hitting 80g protein daily (but very hard to maintain, as I'm vegetarian + egg). I'm thinking about buying whey protein, to increase my protein intake, but have heard about lots of side effects, and some severe side effects like kidney problem or liver problem. Now I'm not sure what should I do, how do I become fit, please help. If I try to gain weight (without whey), my belly would increase a lot (its the first part that gets affected when I eat alot). It used to be 34.5 inches, I've been doing exercise daily now for 2 months, and reached 33 inch now (lost weight from 59kg to 56kg). But result my overall body has become more skinny. Please help regarding this.
