Healthy morning ma’am, Yes you’re underweight. 1. Make a breakfast biggest meal of the day: bcoz who started the day with big breakfast saw reduction in insulin, glucose, and testosterone as well as increasing ovalution. 2.Take vitamin D: PCOS or PCOD women, vitamin D supplements might improve menstrual frequency and metabolic disturbances. 3. Don’t forget Omega-3 fats: Add omega 3 rich fats include avacados, nuts and seeds. Cold water fish like salmon, tuna, are excellent sources of omega 3 fats.
Health Tips
1. Omega 3 rich 2. More protein less carbs 3. Have a small frequent meal 4. Have a more veggies 5. Have a daily exercise like squats, walk, yoga
