Its necessary to follow a healthy lifestyle as fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first-class proteins (dairy products, eggs, chicken etc) reduced carbohydrates (white rice, poha etc) & healthy fats (almonds. According to your height your ideal weight should be 62 kgs. You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals .Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hello Break fast- take cereal pulse combination Mid morning -any fruit Lunch- roti+ vegetable cooked+dal+rice+salad Evening-any healthy snacks like fruit or roasted chana Dinner same as lunch -do some excercise for 30 to 40 min
