Protein Powders are needed if you are doing vigorous physical activity/workout. As you are doing only for 5 minutes no need of taking any protein powders,try to include plant and animal based protein foods.

Your activity is not that much. Neither your activity nor your age allow you to consume any protein powder until unless you have a medical problem. Better to take natural form of it
Extra protein in the diet is only required when you are doing weight training and strength training for minimum 1.5 hrs or more. If you are a non vegetarian you can choose eggs and lean meat as an option whereas if vegetarian skimmed milk and products like paneer, and dal can be choosen.
