Protein supplements are for those who are practising intensive weight training. If you work out for 10 to 15 minutes you don’t need any supplements. It can be achieved with a well planned diet

Hello user, Thank you for writing on practo, Protein Powders are needed if you are doing vigorous physical activity/workout. As you are doing only for 5 minutes no need of taking any protein powders,try to include plant and animal based protein foods.

You can try to include the following foods Egg whites Whole pulses Boiled grams-Chickpeas,Rajma, Kabuli Chana.. Milk Chicken/Fish But the quantity depends totally on your bmi and other health conditions.So it's better to consult a nutritionist for better guidance.

Your activity is not that much. Neither your activity nor your age allow you to consume any protein powder until unless you have a medical problem. Better to take natural form of it

No protein shake required in your case as you are working out only for 5 mins . Better to take high protein diet and exercise atleast for 45 mins  5 days in a week.
