Since you are doing very simple exercises, you can come under the category of moderately active individual who needs between 0.8 to 1g/ kg body weight and RDA and for you height weight ratio BMI is almost closing in towards overweight so my suggestion to consume between 55 to 65g of protein per day not more than that.
