Daily Protien intake
My body weight is 73kg and height is 5feet 9 inch and my age is 28 years old can i consume between  65 to 80 gram protein per day  I do simple running , jogging and walking in the early morning for 45 min and then exercises Is between 65 to 80 gram protein is enough for me to consume on a daily basis

Change in  Intensity and type of exercise decides  protein intake .65 to 80 gm protein  is  quite sufficient for you for jogging walking .

Average 0.8 to 1gm protein requirement per 1kg body weight..according to u can calculate and tk it.for better understanding of protein intake and protein healthy foods sources list...can discuss with your dietician/Nutritionist.

Hi Since you are doing very simple exercises, you can come under the category of moderately active individual who needs between 0.8 to 1g/ kg body weight and RDA and for you height weight ratio BMI is almost closing in towards overweight so my suggestion to consume between 55 to 65g of protein per day not more than that.

The protein intake what you have mentioned is appropriate for your age and weight However,  you need to have a good gut balance for proper absorption in the body.

Hi, Protein requirement is considered as per kg body weight in grams. As per your weight i.e. 73kg, you need 73 g of protein. It may upto some extent. Yes you may take between 65-80 g of protein per day.
