Hi,
Instead of taking supplements , go for natural foods that are rich in proteins. Have various dals, beans and lentils. Chickpeas, almonds etc. Are great sources of protein. If you eat non veg, then eat eggs, fish , chicken.

What kind of protein powder are u taking There is no harm in taking protein powders but simultaneously u must try to improve you r protein intake through diet as these sometimes hv bad side effects on long term use .And moreover it has to be accompanied with strength training otherwise u would end up hvng belly fat..
