Protien intake
I am taking protien powder from past 1 year. Just want to know if they have any harmful effect on body and if yes, what could be the symptoms

Hi, Instead of taking supplements , go for natural foods that are rich in proteins. Have various dals, beans and lentils. Chickpeas, almonds etc. Are great sources of protein. If you eat non veg, then eat eggs, fish , chicken. You can contact me for a detailed diet plan for you. Regards

What's your height and weight? Don't take any supplements. Take high protein diet and balanced nutrition and do exercises Non veg paneer egg milk and milk products soyabean dal chana. Water intake 16glasses daily

What kind of protein powder are u taking There is no harm in taking protein powders but simultaneously u must try to improve you r protein intake through diet as these sometimes hv bad side effects on long term use .And moreover it has to be accompanied with strength training otherwise u would end up hvng belly fat..
