Protien Bars
Hi, I am 29 .I am work out everyday for inch loss.Recently i do lots of cardios,i am also loosing my muscle mass.Just wanted to know if its good to have protien bars like Max Protien.

Hello, if you are looking at a toned and fit body with good muscle mass, protein is the key. Its very important that you eat protein through different dietary sources such as milk, curd, paneer, nuts, pulses, sprouts, egg whites, chicken, fish etc. Also, eating protein post workout can definitely have a significant impact. Protein bars usually contain additives, preservatives etc and not recommended for regular intake. Preferably go natural!!!

Your weight is perfectly fine.if u r looking for inch loss that is fat loss and not muscle and if u r losing muscle it is not good. Rather than protein bars prefer natural protein

If you are vegetarian use paneer,yoghurt, skim milk powder or whey protein. Non veg use white meats and eggs.Protein bar made from cereals will have less protein more carbohydrate and sugar. Read the labels.

Firstly if you are looking muscle mass meaning your exercise methods are incorrect. Secondly commercial proteins bars may not be a gret option. How to improve muscle mass, If Non vegetarian उ eat 100 gms beef alternate days however I never recommend animals foods. बीत roots, oranges, musk melons, eggs, milk, brown rice, palak, apples, milk products like paneer and curds, kodu, swai, ragi and other millets
