Hi i am 16 yrs old and my weight is 90 kgs. I recently started working out. Cardio and weight training.
My trainer suggested me to take xero carb whey protien.
So i wanted to know that should i take it or not
And in how much quantity.
Pls suggest me

Hi
Its good suggestion to have protein diet which gives your muscle flexibilty.
limiting the carbohydrates will avoid spasms.
But cautious about synthetic proteins.

Your protein intake would depend on the duration and intensity of your exercise. WHO recommends 1 gm of protein per kg body weight per day as RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance). You could safely take that much protein in your food as well as supplements combined. Reduce your carbohydrates to see a fat loss and eat healthy. Do a body composition on a monthly basis to monitor your progress in fat loss.
