Protein in diet is a necessity. Creatinine is useful for muscle growth provided you are doing strength training. Along with this vegetables fruits and healthy fats must be included.

They will definitely work, but these supplements may have side effects too. It is better to indulge in some physical activities like strength training or weight lifting with a good protein rich diet. You can opt for animal sources like egg, chicken, fish, milk and milk products and whole grains for some protein options. It is also advisable to add healthy fats like nuts and seeds.

You may use protein & creatine but not in the long run. To gain weight these supplements won't be enough. You must make Dietary changes with necessary Lifestyle modifications in your routine. Eat 5-6 healthy meals, take good water intake for 3-4 lit, maintain good time discipline for all meals & other activities. Be regular in physical activity. Take good quality sleep for 6-7 hrs a day. For more details & personalised guidance contact directly. Thanks
