I would like to advise you to get your vitamin d3 and b12 checked. If it's low you need start taking vitamin tablets and start with the basic back exercises.
1. Check your mattress. Poor quality of mattress are one of the major reasons behind the back pain especially early in the morning
2. This could also be due to decreased level of calcium and Vitamin D.
3. Stay physically active through basic stretches, yoga
